seagate送修問題;請熟手幫幫忙(己爬文)
^^..小弟有一顆硬碟(seagate),有壞軌打算送修
去原廠網址http://support.seagate.com/customer..._validation.jsp 輸入s/n:3CL0V9B2 M/N:ST320424A 結果出現 Communication Error With Warranty Database Could not connect to the warranty database. You may return to the form and try to resubmit the information you provided by pressing your browser's <Back> button. If the error persists, please contact Seagate Customer Service for further assistance. Error #!dpwo24a warrantyData:'3CL0V9B2 ST320424A', customerNumber:'', y:'0', x:'26', country:'TAIWAN', serialNumber:'3CL0V9B2 ST320424A', productNumber:'ST320424A' Sun Sep 12 07:51:07 PDT 2004 小弟看了看,好像是說S/N,M/N輸入錯誤,但小弟又很仔細的再輸入二次,結果都一樣 想請問有經驗的大大上面那一大串是什麼意思; 小弟的硬碟s/n:3CL0V9B2 M/N:ST320424A,確定是沒錯,請有經驗的大大幫小弟看 一看,謝謝..=.= |

前幾天想要去多買顆二手SEAGATE,序號查上去還以為是打錯,不過應該是Seagate網站掛點才是...
