seagate送修問題;請熟手幫幫忙(己爬文)
 

^^..小弟有一顆硬碟(seagate),有壞軌打算送修
去原廠網址http://support.seagate.com/customer..._validation.jsp
輸入s/n:3CL0V9B2 M/N:ST320424A
結果出現

小弟看了看,好像是說S/N,M/N輸入錯誤,但小弟又很仔細的再輸入二次,結果都一樣

想請問有經驗的大大上面那一大串是什麼意思;

小弟的硬碟s/n:3CL0V9B2 M/N:ST320424A,確定是沒錯,請有經驗的大大幫小弟看

剛剛按了一下,和你一樣,應該是SEAGATE掛點了.

前幾天想要去多買顆二手SEAGATE,序號查上去還以為是打錯,不過應該是Seagate網站掛點才是...
