是忘了還是根本不知道
有一點小弟真的覺得很奇怪
照澳洲政府規定 雇主必須提撥 9% 的退休金到雇員的退休金帳號內 假如雇員沒有退休金帳號 雇主必須主動申請一個,這方面澳洲政府抓得很緊 例如時薪20元而言,每小時雇主必須存入 1.8元到雇員退休金帳號 每週法定工作時間38小時,超過部分得給雙倍薪水,當然退休金也得照例增加 當結束打工度假時返國,可以關閉退休金帳號的錢可以一次領光 怎麼新聞媒體,打工者 都沒提到這筆錢呢 是忘了領嗎  還是根本不知道可以提領,這筆錢會因為帳戶服務費,越扣越少直到消失不見 政府規定每13週必須有一週有薪假期 每年必須有一週病假 薪水是每周五領,雇主必須將雇員薪水,一部分繳到稅務局(預繳稅),其餘的給雇員 實施的是周休2日,週六週日上班得額外付加班費,跟mon-fri薪水是不同的 此文章於 2012-09-17 05:08 PM 被 wills1 編輯. |
