NVIDIA GT300架構圖隱約浮現
Beyond3D論壇的Rys貼出了我們期待許久的NVIDIA GT300核心架構圖，不過很遺憾，幾乎完全都被PS模糊掉了，只能睜大眼睛尋找線索
首先有趣的是，這張圖上標注的代號是“GF100”。這應該是第四個代號了：最早也流傳最廣泛的當屬GT300，後來有人說應該是G300，因為 GT300其實是GeForce Tesla 300，今天早上我們剛剛又聽到了Fermi──也許GF100代表著GeForce Fermi 100？ 好了回到圖上。右上角顯示最後修訂日期為2009年9月27日，算上時差其實就是昨天，真的是新鮮出爐了。中間最後一行可以看到“x× GT200 stream output buffer”(x是數字但看不清楚)，意思是流輸出緩衝是GT200的幾倍。 左下角的“3.xB transistors, 40nm @ TSMC”毫無疑問在告訴我們，GT300由台積電採用40nm工藝制造，晶體管數量超過30億個(x似乎是個2)，相比之下同樣工藝的AMD Cypress也才不過21.5億個。如果二者核心面積是等比例的(當然這不可能)，那麼GT300將有大約500平方毫米，至少比GT200 576平方毫米小多了。 架構圖本身被完全模糊掉了，細節無從得知，不過最下方很像是六個內存控制器，那就相當于384-bit顯存位寬了，符合此前的預計。之上的黑色部分應該是一堆ROP單元。 面積最大的偏藍色區域就是SIMD/MIMD流處理器陣列了，可以分成兩排共16個部分，和GT200的SIMD陣列好像有很大不同，也印證了GT300將有重大架構變革的說法。 http://cdict.freetcp.com/convert/g2...%2F150286.shtml |

跟Vincentinlaw貼的那張圖是一樣的阿
 我比較關心的是新架構的處理方式，我實在不希望ATI在HD2系列上~豪華的規格+虛弱的效能的這種慘事發生在GTX300身上。 希望GTX300能電爆5870~這樣偶才有跳水卡可買 |

比GT200小....有搞頭.
上次n卡可以買的卡王也是改架構的時候(G80), 希望這次也是. 訊息越來越多, 應該真相快要出現了. 不過新架構通常會以滿規格姿態出現,也似乎宣告512bit不會在這代出現了吧.  |

有必要的話就會推吧, 但是目前來看應該很難, 因為要改記憶體控制介面不是那麼簡單的, 要改也要等 GT400/GF200? 如果 384 就足夠, 那就沒有必要上 512 bit GDDR5, 傳說中用 768 bit 的 Larrabee 還在難產跟嘴砲中...
