我的eBay帳號是2003年於eBay-臺灣註冊的（臺灣站之前倒了，現在似乎由香港站接收），eBay帳號已經連結到我的PayPal帳戶，PayPal帳戶也完成進階Premier認證，剛剛看到一個咚咚正想發問問賣家（外國）郵資，沒想到居然跑出一個畫面要我到http://cert.ebay.cn認證，後來，我想說下標另一件價錢、郵資都確定的東西好了，沒想到連下標也不行，也要先到http://cert.ebay.cn認證。

這到底是什麼狀況……完全不懂？

我不太能沒有eBay，因為他實在可以買到太多稀有的國外單曲。

請問有板友成功完成http://cert.ebay.cn認證嗎？可不可以分享您的認證過程，好讓有類似遭遇的人可以參考。非常感謝。
