剛在燦坤看到的笑話
有一個人拿Pioneer 16x DVD-ROM在櫃檯吵著要退貨,
A:這上面寫支援DVD-R,為什麼我用燒錄軟體DVD-R不能用?燒錄軟體根本不認得這台機器,不能燒DVD-R! 店:先生這台是DVD-ROM,只能讀DVD-R,不能燒DVD-R,要買DVD-RW燒錄機才行. A:這東西標示錯誤,寫支援DVD-R,害我看錯,我要換. 店:請您選一台燒錄機,要選DVD燒錄機,不要選到CD燒錄機. 結果這位先生選了一台Ricoh DVD+RW, 店:先生這台只有支援+R,您昨天買的片子是-R,您要選一台雙規的才行. 於是他又走回去選,現場只有3台dual,NU-082, Liteon 812, Liteon 851, 他選了很久,一直沒有決定,我因為趕時間,所以沒有看到他選那一台, 不過,我想不管選一台,燒-R可能都不會很好...

我想這位顧客應是dvd燒錄機的新手吧 .對於剛要接觸dvd燒錄
的朋友們,建議事先搜集資料或請教老鳥們 ,才不致出現上述的笑話. |

店員已經告知需要買那種機器才能使用了，還需要幫忙嗎?而要買那一種燒錄器只能靠自己做功課了。況且每款燒錄器一定有些人用不順，Liteon不好嗎? benq不好嗎?nu不好嗎? 只有自己用過之後才知道。 看笑話的心態是每個人都有的，不過對樓主遇到的事，比較有同情心的人會覺得不該嘲笑。畢竟每個人的看法不同。 另我想很多人不敢隨便幫有關電腦的事，因為後續會出現麻煩的機率很高，七八區之前就有不少人抱怨幫人組電腦或幫買硬體的經驗很不好... |

如果是還沒買之前他在問店員問題被我看到~~
我一定會過去幫忙解說~~甚至是推薦機子給他~~ 但是呢~~他自己不懂裝懂~~買了以後再來"盧"的~~我會覺得他活該~~ 就算店家不給換~~我也不會同情他~~
