Futuremark's 3DMark03 Hotfix for ATI R420 Series
Date: April 28, 2004

In order to run the ATI R420 Series of cards & ATI 6.14.10.6444 Beta drivers with
3DMark03 Build 340, a new version of the Entech's "Direcpll.dll" file is required.

Before installing the new .dll file, please make a backup of the original
Direcpll.dll file which is located in:

[your Windows directory]\system32\Futuremark\MSC

Example:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\Futuremark\MSC



Installation Instructions:
--------------------------

1. Open the Direcpll.zip package (with Winzip or similar)

2. Unzip the "Direcpll.dll" file to:

[your Windows directory]\system32\Futuremark\MSC

Example:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\Futuremark\MSC

3. Replace the old Direcpll.dll file with the new one

3DMark03 should now work normally with the ATI R420 Series & ATI 6.14.10.6444 Beta
drivers. The new .dll file does not affect the benchmark results in any way. The
new .dll file will be included in a future patch for 3DMark03.
