「又有人跳槽了」 台企 留不住台幹

中國時報【李道成╱上海報導】 隨著大陸本土企業的大型化、國際化，與外商相比，在人才競逐已屈居下風的台資企業，近年提供的待遇，竟逐漸輸給陸資民企與國企。 最近上海台商或台幹聚會上，很多台灣人會問，哪個台幹又跳槽了，但跳槽目標都不是以往台幹最嚮往的外商，反而是本土國企與民企。 一位台資連鎖企業華南區總經理，最近跳槽大陸民營連鎖集團，台灣同業問他何必到陌生環境，既受「阿陸仔」的氣，還冒著績效未達標走路的風險。 這位在台商圈內打滾十年的台幹就說，我從甲台企跳到乙台企，了不起月薪從一萬八（人民幣，下同）漲到兩萬二；但到陸企，工資至少漲三倍，且還年終分紅，一語道破台幹的無奈。 台企留不住人的風潮，從去年初就很明顯，今年以來案例更大幅增加，最大差別就在待遇。 不只連鎖服務業，金融業問題更凸出。以廣東發展銀行為例，前年從台灣挖角到花旗銀行的台灣董事長利明獻，年薪遠超台灣，但到任後，廣發銀獲利大增，上市的路也更近了。 實際上，早在利明獻被延攬前，大陸招商銀行就找到台灣中信銀信用卡團隊，招銀信用卡中心總經理仲躋偉即來自台灣；他的楚才晉用，讓這家中等規模陸銀，躍升大陸信用卡業務第一名。 上海艾諾思投資公司總裁裘明昌表示，大陸本土企業不論國營、民營，基本都朝規模化發展，包括銀行、證券與保險等金融公司，都願花大錢找人才。 同文同種又具專業的大陸台幹，往往成為陸企挖角第一志願。裘明昌說，不管台灣或大陸台幹，這些陸企都願花二到四倍薪資找人才，主要是台企薪水基數低，挖角相對比外資、港資容易。 台企擅長的電子製造業，被陸企挖角案例更層出不窮，業界指出，曝光的富士康與友達都只是冰山一角，大陸本土電子業為快速發展，不惜重金找台幹情況相當普遍。 不過一家昆山上市電子公司總經理說，不少陸企高薪挖台幹，在管理模式建立後，往往請人走路，坐領高薪時間不一定長，轉往陸企風險係數還是很高。 http://tw.news.yahoo.com/又有人跳槽...9--finance.html 不知道這些台商和慣老闆準備說什麼?  |

照理說應該談談自己被"挖角"到中國，薪水連跳3級的經驗阿  |

講我教授的例子可以嗎??? 我大學教授 ~ 大約 2005 年被挖角到大陸~ 對方開出來的薪水數字跟他台灣的薪水一樣~ 只不過幣值是人民幣 薪水直接跳五倍~ 還供住 ~ 於是我教授就全家移民大陸了~~ 現在據說在當地混得很好....

真要說問題在哪
就是台灣企業~普遍存有老二心態 不想去競爭第一~但結果淪為四、五流公司(被其它想拼第一的公司追過) 這種情況自然對員工的給薪是有限的(公司規模不大~可能給的起那些薪水嗎?) 台灣給的起那種薪水的公司~有~但真的不多 而且台灣內部扯這些公司後腿的人也很多(眼紅?) |
