先將硬碟裝到另一台電腦下format
此時便可指定叢集大小 然後灌xp時選維持原來格式即可

還有要重組硬碟的話， ghost有免費下載空間嗎? |

我已經灌XP,再用partition magic更改叢集為32k,重開機開始工作後卻出現錯誤...
查了error1681,內容如下 "There are compressed or sparse files on an NTFS file system that is being converted to FAT. Since FAT does not support sparse files and the compression technique used by Windows NT/2000/XP on the FAT file system is different than that used with NTFS, the compressed and sparse files would be unreadable if the conversion were performed." 請問是什麼意思?

在Windows XP x64中的效果反而更差...Orz
經過我兩天來的測試發現，更改叢集的效果(64KB)反而比原先預設從集(4KB)來得差。
使用樓主的測試軟體sisoftware sandra效能並沒有增加 使用PCMark05效能反而下降 使用HD Tech效能並沒有增加 使用EVEREST Ultimate效能並沒有增加 開機速度及一般操作...反而較慢 總結：也許是因為OS的關係或是NTFS 5.0本身設計的關係，增大叢集後的效能有減無增

因為叢集越大,硬碟被迫一次要讀取的資料量也越大 WinXP開機時一堆小檔案(例如2~3KB) 但是卻被迫讀取64KB 這樣當然慢 所以64KB的叢集還是整顆硬碟都存10MB以上的檔才用他 |
