這樣是在歐美國家 應該早就被告到賠死了吧 我RMA回來這顆其實也有點怪怪 但還沒出大問題 等到真的出問題不知道還有沒有辦法吵 |

用我破破的英文詢問台灣 RMA 被取消的問題 以下是與客服對談的內容 ========================================================= Please wait while we find an agent to assist you... Hello. How may I help you? wario wa: Why does Seagate cancel the RMA service for Taiwan? James C.: This was a corporate desition to remove the warehouse of some of our locations. We still take the drives from these countries, but they have to be send to other countries. I am sorry to say wario wa: When I want to create RMA, the list of country doesn't contain Taiwan wario wa: Why? wario wa: I could create RMA last month James C.: This is true, this was a corporate way to cut some of our costs without cutting jobs wario wa: But I have a Ceritified Repaired HDD of Seagate wario wa: it is not work again wario wa: how should I do? James C.: On this your best bet would be to contact our warranty department Monday between 8am and 5pm your time to see what they could do for you on this dead drive. wario wa: I can't choose my country (Taiwan) when creating RMA, so I cannot return my drive to Seagate James C.: Our warranty team for your country will be able to help you with this problem Monday. They have more information about what you would need to do to get your drive replaced wario wa: I bought Seagate drive because of 5-year warranty, but Seagate break his engagement wario wa: I can't create RMA for my drive anymore -- it means that the warranty of my drive is extinct James C.: No, what you would have to do, as far as I know, is to choose a country close to you. wario wa: then? James C.: Then ship the drive to this counrty. But being you have a returned drive that is not working anymore, I would suggest to contact our warranty department for your area, and talk to them to see if they can send you a return lable. wario wa: If I choose Singapore, then ship my drive to Singpore wario wa: Will Seagate ship a repaired drive to Taiwan to me? James C.: Yes, from what I have been told, the shipping to our customers was NOT affected, just the point of picking the drive up and then bulk shipping them to our warehouse. wario wa: Why can't I ship my drive to Taoyuan County, Taiwan now? 乾脆說不賣改台灣就好了,沒有保固的東西誰要買.
上次的軔體問題後來都改買 wd,效能溫度都不錯用.(以前 wd 溫度較高,後還是 Segate 推五年保固).但擔心 WD 會不會坐地起價? 可憐的代理商及光華商家,除了組裝整套賣外,相信沒人願意看到 Segate 字樣. 所以要跟親友講不要買 Segate 及套裝機....死了都不知道怎麼辦...乾脆政府禁止 Segate 內銷及銷售以免有人蒙受重大損失,資料無價.(最最可憐的是當初做 Raid 的企業單位...資料轉移...) |
