上次買的Fight club打開後發現,第二片嚴重刮傷無法播放,昨天寫信去給amazon後,amazon今天已經回信說已經在寄一份新的給我了(效率真是驚人 ),但是他要我把有瑕疵的DVD寄回去給他,下面是信件的內容:
We would ask that you return the defective item so that we may obtain
a refund from our supplier. Please note your shipping costs and the
defect on the return slip, or a separate piece of paper if you no
longer have the slip, and return the items in their original packaging
if possible. We will refund your credit card account for this
expense.

我想請問的是return slip是指包裹裡那張寫著訂單明細,價格背面是return information的那張ㄇ?original packaging是指原來訂單的那個盒子ㄇ?是用原來的包裹那張return slip還是他新寄給我的那張呢?

另外,寄回去給amazon,大家都是用什麼方式寄呢?國際郵件?快遞(UPS,DHL)?要把寄回去的DVD跟郵資寫在那張return slip上是ㄇ?
