my gf recently bought a Powerbook G4 1.33G 12inch. i played it for a week. i think i will get one next year when i need a notebook computer.
the overall speed is quite good. i use Mac office, photoshop, watch dvd and so on.. it feel just as fast as Centrino 1.4G or 1.6G. MacOSX is much more stable than WinXP. the user interface is nicer than WinXP in my opinion. i didn't turn off the notebook for 1 week, and it seems just fine. powerbooks has DVI Monitor out. very very few PC has this one. apple notebook has 6pin firewire. all PC notebook come with 4 pin only. the build quality is very good. MacOS is easy to learn.. i get most of the function within 1 week. |
