i live in hong kong. and we use pal ver. but i also want to record some video for my PS2.Can you recommend some tv cards that support both standard with good picture and record quality? |

HK using PAL mode?
I have no idea for this. Maybe you have to ask local seller for PAL TV-tuner card... |
