Of course!
the ATW card's box will descript which TV-Tuner type support. (In Asia would be NTSC generally, PAL type in Europe)

and we use pal ver.
but i also want to record some video for my PS2.Can you recommend some tv cards that support both standard with good picture and record quality?

HK using PAL mode?
I have no idea for this.
Maybe you have to ask local seller for PAL TV-tuner card...
