通常我們看 finding 這段就好 首先 normal 就是看起來沒事，可以先放心 然後通常 Google 翻譯應付這種簡單的內視鏡報告對一般來說是 OK 的，我丟進去再修一下詞句大概是 .... 引用:

自覺症候真的要翻譯嗎？我覺得那是妳的私事耶 其他就是你日常生活運動正常、可以集中注意力、沒有偏執症狀、也沒有一口氣減少五六公斤 最後我倒是不太確定，但應該也不是什麼大問題 |

謝謝 檢驗報告是鋇劑流速測試 因患者說肚子脹氣很難受,於是去做了這個測驗 檢查結果似乎是正常的 但該患者本身也有一些精神疾病 所以我們在推測類似體化症,轉移症等 加上患者本身似乎也有感情因素 (如此段) 自覺徵候: poor sleep developed since the conflict with girl friend exacerbated 10 year relationship with girl friend plan to separate bu 檢查發現: stationary condition stayed at home , excercise, claimed good attention and concentration , no more paranoia , and fearful BW gain about 5-6kg , but no change recently wants to taper medication agrees to taper but taper slowly (87 151 雖然人已經走了,就算找到什麼蛛絲馬跡似乎也無濟於事 但總是要找到原因,畢竟我們身邊的人一定也有疏忽 看著這些資料,心理也難過了起來 PS. 這不是我的資料,是已故友人的資料 家長要我幫忙整理的,但我看不太懂英文 用GOOGLE翻譯有時候會差很多 自覺徵候我反而覺得是當中最重要的 或許是引起精神方面疾病的主因之一 此文章於 2016-07-09 01:17 PM 被 超級果子狸 編輯. |

嗯~~ 這不是內視鏡檢查(胃鏡) 這是放射科或是影像醫學科用喝鋇劑的X光透視腸胃道檢查

這個很難看出什麼蛛絲馬跡的，因為這個報告就只是很簡單的看個器官，表面上有什麼，結論是很正常，其他什麼都沒有 另外這個東西，其實講嚴重一點，你不應該貼在網路上問，儘管當事人已逝，但是病歷報告實屬個人隱私，建議你下次要問找個醫療背景的問較為合適 引用:

小弟知道是個人隱私,但實在逼不得已,家長也認為上網尋求答案也無妨

看起來生理沒有什麼疾病
但是應該有在看身心科和吃藥 或許有憂鬱躁鬱之類的困擾 人離開了大概是跟心理關卡有關 |
