Geforce6/7 Series will have Cyberlink DXVA H.264 Decoder
估計這將是與之前Cyberlink為ATi X1K Series所製作的H.264解碼器一樣

C'est ici une surprise puisque c'est Cyberlink qui nous informe que les processeurs graphiques NVIDIA sont capables d'aider au décodage du H.264. Et contrairement à la solution AVIVO d'ATI dont seuls les nouveaux Radeon X1000 sont capables de décoder les flux H.264, chez NVIDIA les actuels GeForce 6 seraient capables d'aider au décodage, tout comme naturellement les GeForce 7. Ne nous réjouissons toutefois pas trop vite les GeForce 6800 de type NV40 et NV45 n'étant certainement pas aptes à profiter du plein potentiel de l'accélération PureVideo, l'implémentation du moteur étant défectueuse sur ces puces. Cyberlink s'appuie donc sur la technologie PureVideo de NVIDIA et sur son nouveau pack H.264 DxVA Decoder pour PowerDVD |

The multi-media software publisher Cyberlink presents at the THESE his solution video decoding of H.264 flows being based on the material acceleration of graphics processors NVIDIA. It is a surprise here since it is Cyberlink which informs us that graphics processors NVIDIA are able to help with the decoding of H.264. And contrary with solution AVIVO of ATI of which only new Radeon X1000 are able to decode H.264 flows, at current NVIDIA GeForce 6 would be able to help with decoding, just like naturally GeForce 7. We too quickly do not delight however GeForce 6800 by type NV40 and NV45 not being certainly ready to benefit from the full potential from acceleration PureVideo, the implementation of the engine being defective on these chips. Cyberlink thus rests on PureVideo technology of NVIDIA and its new pack H.264 DxVA Decoder for PowerDVD. |

NV 在 CES 2006 有秀出 H.264 硬解的畫面，只是它 Demo 用的是 WinDVD 耶..
