如果沒有器材的話:
平趴在床上,雙手抱在背後,然後將上半身往上抬起,維持幾秒鐘之後放下 次數及每次的時間可以隨你的狀況調整 健身房裡也有器材可以做這個動作,但是記得雙手要抱在背後,以免受傷 |

嗯!到建身房找器材用會好一點!
不然自己在家做!會很容易受傷! 假如你有看過棒球選手熱身!趴在地上!兩手放前! 然後起來雙手雙腳離地!只有肚子在地上!但這姿勢不對! 就會受傷@@ 到健身房用那個把後腳撐住的器材! 可以手放背後!或是可以雙手抱重量盤! 比較不會受傷!屁股也會練到!

阿!剛剛沒看到!你是因為腰痛!
那千萬不要在家自己做! 到健身房用那個把腳撐住的!不然受傷很快! 因為我受過一次傷!半個月都痛! 假如你覺得去健身房太麻煩!買健身球吧! 就是那種大球!買一個能練的地方也多!那個練背肌也很方便! 球頂在肚子下面!雙手撐地!身體不就往前頃了嗎!後腳往後! 用肚子和背的力量!
