找尋一篇 maxtor的hd維修文章
記得幾個禮拜前看到 網兄發表一篇 maxtor回原場的文章,因為收尋怪怪的我一直找不到,請問有誰看到的可以提醒一下嗎

用中文他也看的懂 如果你的硬碟在保固中,但是建達因為種種原因不願意幫你維修 那該怎麼辦,放著當廢鐵? 這裡提供你最後的希望:送國外原廠 結果:得到一顆全新的硬碟 第一步:先到 Maxtor 原廠查詢硬碟是否在保固內 http://www.maxtor.com/en/support/service/index.htm 第二步:寫信到 Maxtor APAC Repair Hub 說你要維修硬碟(Replacement Service) 信件範本: To: Subject: : I want to get a hard drive replacement. Hello, I have a "你的硬碟名字" hard drive and it has some problems. How could I get the replacement service? Thank you. My hard drive's SN: "你的硬碟序號" 第三步:接著隔天你應該就會收到回信,內容應該像下面這樣 Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to Maxtor APAC_RMA. Your drive is still under warranty. Pls return it back to your source of purchase/ original supplier first. or We as Maxtor CSC Exchange Centre decided to waive and allow you to return directly to our repair centre. Pls note this is a special arrangement we made for you due to your unique situation for this time only. Please follow the below procedure to return your defective drive for a replacement: The address to return your defective drive is: Teleplan Technology Services Sdn Bhd, (APAC HUB) C/o Sitt Tatt Company Sdn Bhd, Plot 23-24, Tingkat Perusahaan 6, Kawasan Perusahaan Prai, 13600 Prai Penang, Malaysia ........後略 這封信會有一個 Excel 的夾檔,把它印出來,把裡面的資料填齊(姓名,地址,電話,email等等,用英文) 然後把硬碟用原廠包裝(最好)或自己打包好,然後到郵局寄航空掛號包裹到馬來西亞上面的地址(大約三百多塊) 第四步:在家裡等硬碟飛回來,從寄出到收到大約兩至三禮拜 然後,你就會得到一個全新的硬碟啦 |
