記得幾個禮拜前看到 網兄發表一篇 maxtor回原場的文章,因為收尋怪怪的我一直找不到,請問有誰看到的可以提醒一下嗎

我的不是建達代理的 想看看可以直接弄個rma嗎

如果你的硬碟在保固中，但是建達因為種種原因不願意幫你維修
那該怎麼辦，放著當廢鐵？
這裡提供你最後的希望：送國外原廠 結果：得到一顆全新的硬碟

第一步：先到 Maxtor 原廠查詢硬碟是否在保固內

第二步：寫信到 Maxtor APAC Repair Hub 說你要維修硬碟(Replacement Service)

信件範本：
To:
Subject: : I want to get a hard drive replacement.

Hello,
I have a "你的硬碟名字" hard drive and it has some problems. How could I get the replacement service? Thank you.
My hard drive's SN: "你的硬碟序號"



第三步：接著隔天你應該就會收到回信，內容應該像下面這樣

Dear Customer,

Thank you for writing to Maxtor APAC_RMA.

Your drive is still under warranty.

Pls return it back to your source of purchase/ original supplier first.

or

We as Maxtor CSC Exchange Centre decided to waive and allow you to return directly to our repair centre. Pls note this is a special arrangement we made for you due to your unique situation for this time only.

Please follow the below procedure to return your defective drive for a
replacement:

這封信會有一個 Excel 的夾檔，把它印出來，把裡面的資料填齊(姓名，地址，電話，email等等，用英文)
然後把硬碟用原廠包裝(最好)或自己打包好，然後到郵局寄航空掛號包裹到馬來西亞上面的地址(大約三百多塊)


第四步：在家裡等硬碟飛回來，從寄出到收到大約兩至三禮拜

然後，你就會得到一個全新的硬碟啦
