For DELL notebook, I think the service is not too bad if you read their warranty information when you receive your order. I am also in Australia (Sydney) if you want more information you can contact me.

I have actually contact DELL regarding to this International Warranty service, and this is what I have received from DELL:

If your notebook requires repair services at overseas country, you SHOULD contact DELL at your home country (The country you purchase your notebook) to lodge the service and inform DELL you are at overseas, DELL will transfer this job to the country where you are and send the technician to you for service.

If you cannot reach to DELL service hotline at your home country, you can alternatively ring DELL US support. However, it is highly recommend to ring DELL at your home country first. (Which means you need to pay International call charges to get your notebook repaired)

That was clearly written on DELL International Warranty information sheet, and I was also sent a copy from DELL.

我也在打算買一台DELL notebook說
不過還是想等到Centrino 2系列出來以後再買
三月應該就買的到了

對了...and choice of Intel® PRO Wireless LAN or Dell TrueMobileTM wireless LAN
這個要用那種好點阿? ...Dell TrueMobile 聽都沒有聽過耶...

INTEL的就是標準802.11b，而Dell TrueMobile 1300是802.11b/g，1400是802.11a/b/g都支援。

使用DELL 5150作3D動畫中..................
