解決了...原來是這個安裝程式使用Microsoft Windows Installer 2.0
封裝

上面那個檔案不含Microsoft Windows Installer 2.0安裝程式,我下載
另一個包含Microsoft Windows Installer 2.0安裝程式的檔案就可以
安裝了,網址如下:
