我也來把我之前找冷卻系統的相關資料跟大家分享一下,有些是針對Subaru, 但有些應該是有通用性的:


1. 強烈建議用原廠水箱精(for corrosion inhibitors)
2. 強烈建議使用蒸餾水(to avoid mineral deposit)
3. 不建議用加壓式循環法換coolant。因為機器內可能有殘留不適用特定車種的coolant
4. 用比重計檢查coolant濃度,盡量保持在50%。(除了散熱之外,合適的濃度可以確定有足夠的corrosion inhibitors來潤滑水幫)
5. 時常檢查coolant 酸鹼度,低於pH 8.3時需要更換coolant,因低於pH8.3已可對鋁合金水箱散熱片,鋁合金引擎水道具有腐蝕性,合適的pH值需介於9.5-10.0之間。(Accurate pH measurement is achieved when the coolant temperature is below 50 oC.)
6. 避免加大水箱與低溫水龜一同使用。(暖車時間過長,可能造成引擎工作溫度過低)
7. 檢查electrolysis效應by checking stray current in coolant。(Stray current is a chemical/electrical process which causes an electrical current to pass through a vehicles cooling system fluid. It can cause rapid damage to radiators and will indirectly cause problems with other engine components such as water pumps, thermostat housings, etc.) 可用三用電表量測,在引擎發動,所有電裝品打開的情況下,將電表負極接電瓶負極,正極伸入水箱coolant內,注意不要碰到水箱本體,若超過0.05V,表示coolant與車身已形成電流迴路,將用電裝置一樣一樣關掉,檢查電表,若某特定電裝品有顯著影響stray current,檢查該電裝品接地是否穩固。超過0.30V,electrolysis已經發生,換新的coolant。

8. 加強引擎前端接地有助於避免水箱及水箱水變成引擎接地的迴路。(stray current)
