這就是通膨後薪資有跟上來,錢變薄。一開始一定也是很辛苦,利率又高。但是房貸並不回隨通膨變更多,只要薪資從兩千變一萬那樣增長,一開始撐過去,提早還完機會很大。如果銀行說貸款的數字也要隨通膨調整確保值,那就真的很不容易了。不過這對退休人很危險,月退領五萬,但十年後最低工資是五萬,那真就慘了,你只有最低層的購買力。台灣退休人真算幸福了,走入歐美那路,月退18%給你都不夠。
