真要說問題在哪
就是台灣企業~普遍存有老二心態
不想去競爭第一~但結果淪為四、五流公司(被其它想拼第一的公司追過)
這種情況自然對員工的給薪是有限的(公司規模不大~可能給的起那些薪水嗎?)
台灣給的起那種薪水的公司~有~但真的不多
而且台灣內部扯這些公司後腿的人也很多(眼紅?)
