有位師爺說，日本早在馬關條約前就取得釣魚臺主權，請問，其他國家有承認嗎？自說自話，就算數哦？那中國明朝早就把釣魚臺島劃入其海防區域了！那師爺們或許會問，那日本也沒有承認啊，這也不能算數啊！
好，各說各話，沒有證據，對吧？但是，師爺們，請不要忘記波茨坦公告！

第一條
（一）余等美國總統、中國國民政府主席、及英國首相代表余等億萬國民，業經會商並同意對日本應予以一機會，以結束此次戰事。
1.We-the President of the United States, the President of the National Government of the Republic of China, and the Prime Minister of Great Britain, representing the hundreds of millions of our countrymen, have conferred and agree that Japan shall be given an opportunity to end this war.

八）開羅宣言之條件必將實施，而日本之主權必將限於本州、北海道、九州、四國及吾人所決定其他小島之內。
8.The terms of the Cairo Declaration shall be carried out and Japanese sovereignty shall be limited to the islands of Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu, Shikoku and such minor islands as we determine

1945年8月10日， 日本昭和天皇裕仁通過瑞典及瑞士政府向中、美、英、蘇四國照會接受波茨坦公告。重慶時間1945年8月15日7時中、美、英、蘇四國政府同時宣布已接受日本投降，第二次世界大戰完全結束。


師爺們看到了嗎？這是雙方簽署的官方文件，日本如今的領土，只能是日本本土四島，並且由中美英來決定。 而美國官方已經宣布立場，其對釣魚臺主權不持立場，英國也是沒有立場，無論中華民國還是中華人民共和國均宣布，日本不擁有釣魚臺主權！

誰都可以主張釣魚島主權，就是日本沒有資格！因為，它簽署了官方文件，規定它戰後的領土，只涵蓋本土四島！
