先聯絡旅行社看看要怎麼處理這個問題，不是第一優先該做的事情嗎？

我也是這樣覺得~~遇到這種事情就算請假也要去跟旅行社喬吧??
只用 e-mail 聯絡根本沒有時效性~~~
另外我實在想不出旅行社有啥罪名?? 這頂多就是消費糾紛~~
如果樓主執意要告~~只是曠日廢時~~而且可能會得不到自己想要的結果~~
比較好的處理方式就是 打電話或是直接到旅行社處理~~
如果無法協調好~~那就是請消保官出來處理~~~
