草案曝光 7月1日奢侈稅課定了
那些唱衰的可以閉嘴了吧
另外還要等到7月還是太久了...
2年內轉手課稅也太短了..應該拉長到5年...
更希望主政者能說出 台灣不需要房地產業者,就讓他們全倒吧

五年不能轉手?? 這規定會有用嗎??
看來你沒去買過軍眷改建案吧~~眷村改建之後有規定五年之內不能轉手~~
但是還沒蓋好時就已經在買賣了~~  所以你覺得不能轉手訂個五年就會有用嗎??
這個法案的漏洞太多了~~~
