把房子拿來貸款
可以把綁在房子上的錢拿出來運用阿
但是絕對不是拿房貸的錢..拿出來亂買東西的

但是借出來要運用在哪??? 開店做生意?? 加盟 ?? 投資股票?
這些都是有風險的~~一旦掛點就是連住的地方都沒了~~
就像之前于美人講的一個例子~~
一個爸爸生前打拼留了一棟房子給媽媽跟三個小孩~~
結果大姐之前說現在股市準備上萬點~~我們應該拿房子去貸款買股票~~
結果賠了一屁股~~連住的地方都沒了~~~
這樣好像並沒有比較好耶~~
