若是買房"自用"是不課這額外的10-15%稅
除非是"非自用住宅"並在1-2年內移轉的才會成為被課徵的對象
換言之
若能確實做好相關配套以為把關
儘量減少道高一尺魔高一丈的可能性
相信對於遏止房市投機風氣是有助益的
畢竟對於投資客而言
1.期間內交易代表須額外承擔這10-15%交易稅與價差風險(物件售價較周遭物件高)
2.期間過後交易也代表須忍受期間內資金無法有效運用與房市變動風險
所以靈異房產區網友的意見
嚴格來說是不成立的

問題在於 "自用" 是誰來認定?? 國稅局嗎???
那如果真的是自用被認定為非自用~~該怎樣申訴?? 還是要提"ㄑ一ㄢˊ"來講呢??
然後自用住宅就不能在兩年內買賣嗎?
基本上訂這樣的政策根本就是封大門留側門~~沒啥鳥用~~
