好奇問一下...什麼時候有一條3成的??

沒記錯的話好像是今年五月修法的~~
另外我看大家都在討論丟掉的是自己的錢~~沒人討論如果丟掉是公司的錢怎麼辦?
我朋友曾經去銀行幫老闆領了員工薪水準備發放~~
結果因為東西太多~~錢掉在計程車上~~大約也是30 萬左右~~
後來是好心的計程車司機幫忙送回他公司~~~
如果真的被要了三成...等於是九萬元....等於將近他三個月的薪水....
而且還不是自己的錢... 
不過我看要修法難拉.....
