James C.: On this your best bet would be to contact our warranty department Monday between 8am and 5pm your time to see what they could do for you on this dead drive.
wario wa: I can't choose my country (Taiwan) when creating RMA, so I cannot return my drive to Seagate
James C.: Our warranty team for your country will be able to help you with this problem Monday. They have more information about what you would need to do to get your drive replaced
wario wa: I bought Seagate drive because of 5-year warranty, but Seagate break his engagement
wario wa: I can't create RMA for my drive anymore -- it means that the warranty of my drive is extinct
James C.: No, what you would have to do, as far as I know, is to choose a country close to you.

James C.: Then ship the drive to this counrty. But being you have a returned drive that is not working anymore, I would suggest to contact our warranty department for your area, and talk to them to see if they can send you a return lable.
wario wa: If I choose Singapore, then ship my drive to Singpore
wario wa: Will Seagate ship a repaired drive to Taiwan to me?
James C.: Yes, from what I have been told, the shipping to our customers was NOT affected, just the point of picking the drive up and then bulk shipping them to our warehouse.
wario wa: Why can't I ship my drive to Taoyuan County, Taiwan now?
James C.: Because that warehouse is being shut down, so the drive would not get replaced and might get lost in the packing and shipping to the other warehouse that gets there products
wario wa: I have suggestions to Seagate
wario wa: Seagate should recovery the "Taiwan" option of the list of country when creating RMA (

wario wa: because Taiwanese think that Seagate refuse the RMA service for Taiwan even if shipping directly to Singapore
wario wa: so I suggest that Seagate should fix the problems above, recovey the RMA service for Taiwan (shipping drive directly to Singapore), or Taiwanese will to protest Seagate's products
