基本上要有保護自己的一套原則~不是客人吵就妥協~
客人買東西付錢後~一定是先讓客人檢查完後確定沒問題再讓客人離開~
這樣他根本沒辦法跟你吵，如果他堅持要回家自己拆箱~
那你就請他簽切結書~表明說如果自行拆箱一切問題自行負責~
如果他回來大吵大鬧，你就先跟他溝通，真的不行的話就請上面的人出來∼
反正不要自己決定換貨就是了∼不然到時自己要吃下損失∼
還有就算店長同意換貨，那也請店長再換貨單上簽下”店長同意換貨”之類的東西保護自己
不然店長把責任推給你你也無話可說∼
現在的社會險惡阿∼要多多保護自己∼
