先把一餐150的簡餐戒掉吧!
還有宵夜
每天吃白土司配牛奶
這樣應該是能瘦下來,以你的情況來說
我又不是天天吃150元的簡餐,而且台北東區這邊消費本來就比較貴...
不過我不喜歡吃白土司,我比較喜歡吃蜂蜜蛋糕,牛奶倒是有在喝,不過現在只喝脫脂鮮奶而已
像尤達大師說的那樣本來我也有想做,但做不到三天就宣告放棄,最主要也是晚上無法早睡和晚上八點後還是會進食這兩點做不到
