2.experimental procedure
Thc AC cxpcrimcntal data is dcrivcd using stcady-statc transicnt voltagc-transicnt currcnt [i(t)-v(t)] analysis,in which OLEDs arc stimulatcd by a bipolar picccwisc-lincar voltagc wavcform and thc instantancous currcnt is plottcd against thc instantancous voltagc.

3.SPICE MODELING
A licast-squarcs curvc-fitting tcchniquc is uscd to match thc simulation to cxpcrimcntally dcrivcd. A modcl is first optimizcd to fit DC data,as show in Fig.3. Thcn the DC-fit paramctcrs arc modificd through anothcr optimization simulation to fit cwpcri,cntal i(t)-v(t) data,rcsulting in AC fit shown in fig.4.
