若有空，可以每個值測試一下幾種常玩的遊戲，應該可以找出一個不錯的數值出來。

另外，建議測試時先以系統標準頻率設定為準 (最好是一個乾淨的系統)，這樣才會有一個比較不會出問題的基礎數值來比較。
