從您附的資料看來,兩者應該是一樣的,只是外型的大小及USB規格不同,一個用在3.5"的IDE HD 轉USB2.0 ,盒子會比較大,適合用在5.25"的插槽; 另一個用於2.5"HDD 轉成 USB(應是USB1.1),盒子大小與3.5"軟碟機相當....

如果我沒記錯,2.5" HD 轉USB2.0 的轉接盒市面上已經有了,因此,上述的MD2-USB 已經是舊型的規格了!

能不能裝120Gb 7200RPM IDE HD跟您的主機板BIOS支不支援有關,"應該"與轉接盒無關(當然....這部分只是我猜的...)

you don't need think about the hdd's brand name and model.
but, I will get Maxtor.
in your case, I will get USB2..
actually, I am going to buy one in this week.
