第二個證明，則是林環牆教授的調查報告第28頁指出，2019年6月倫敦大學就林的詢問而回覆，指通訊紀錄曾經顯示過去某個時間點，將這本論文送至倫敦大學高等法律研究院，因此這本論文35年前就已經存在。.....................
