1•國外學生經常都是簽一年租約，所以不到一年會確認一下接不接受
2•不含家具的很多，所以會問有沒有床等問題

把他寫的拿到google 翻譯成英文變成這樣.....
所以他應該也是寫好直接用google 翻譯的吧！
