這現象傳開來其實是好事….這會讓更多人知道原來除了在鬼島忍受低薪還有其它的選擇……..老闆以後會越來越難找人

其實也不是老闆壓榨，因為它也是照最低工資給薪。當然責任制與影響政府政策那就是另一議題。 競爭力才是最大的問題。試想，如果低與高薪資的差異如澳洲那般低，那在台積或MTK或HTC那些工作的吸引力會大大下降，因為入這些行業的投資/風險/回報會不成正比。但如果要維持那購買力差異，那人力成本必然增加，那這就要接受市場考驗。維持這架構最快的方法就是壓低最低工資，讓上面的人願意撐著，否則會整個垮掉(找不到人做或產業被市場淘汰)。。。

薪資低也就算了
連要成家的房與車 都漲的不像話 這個才是更恐怖的 還有廣設高中大學研究所 讓年輕人讀一堆不知到有沒有用的書 延遲到結婚的時間 進而延遲新生兒出生的時間 造成未來人力斷層 惡性循環 |

的確沒錯。。。。現在市場也是反應為招不到人。薪資與環境的C/P不夠高，人寧願願去搖泡沫紅茶。如果22K他請得到，那就是願打願挨~~~
