個人做過最X的一次, 是買了A05 (2003一月) 用到保固當天拿去退.... 那個客服的臉當場綠掉, 在那問東問西, 我就大聲的對他說.. "Tell your supervisor to see me!" 結果馬上閉嘴. 雖然我是有點賤, 但是我會這樣做的原因是因為死HistoryShop在台灣老早就開賣A06的時候, 還是只有A05.... 就想給他來點教訓...  所以下次去退東西, 華人要大聲一點, 要不然會被阿擦, 阿鬥阿吃... 不過作人不可以太缺德, 這種是做一次就好?...?? |

這你就有所不知了, 我onsale時買了HP 920c+ 3年保固... 結果不到半年就會再列印時發出奇怪的噪音. 我二話不說拿去HISTORY SHOP, 他說要送原廠, 可能要1到2個月.... 靠! 那我買保固是買假的?? 還要等2個月?? 結果我就和那個客服比大聲, 要他拿一台借我用. 搞了半個多小時, 他的Supervisor才同意我先"買"一台來用著到時候在退. 結果還是要老子先付錢!!! 還好HP在1個多月後回了, 問題也解決了滿意使用中, 至於那台"借"的printer呢?......當然用到沒墨水才還他 .... er...小弟實在是太X了, 只能做一次?? ... 小孩子不可以學啊~~ XD 此文章於 2004-10-21 11:02 AM 被 A.M.D.X.P. 編輯. |

History Shop只丟回來說有人會處理
不過它裡面有說,若是希望處理的快一點,可以打電話... 那...若是到了禮拜六還沒有 我就半夜一點打過去跟他盧 盧到解決為止...=.=

當然是保固期內努力的操...
壞一次修一次 有延長保固的更好,集滿三次,換新的~
