恭喜樓主，我今年十月也要結婚了，所以明白你的壓力。放鬆點，什麼事都退一步想，就不會那麼痛苦了。能負擔千萬房貸不簡單，少點能力和勇氣都做不到，蠻佩服你的。我的情況是，男方沒有提起聘金，所以我也沒有金錢上的嫁妝，至於我名下一棟房子(自己在供房貸)和一層公寓(剛供完)決定婚後過一半產權給男方。
每個人的情況不同，所以不用比較，只要兩個人談妥，覺得開心就好。

我當初結婚時,沒有房子沒有車子,只有一台快報廢的機車
(身上大約兩百多萬存款) 訂婚結婚所有的一切花費都是我自己出的 林林總總花了約40多萬 老婆的嫁妝只有一台中古四輪(他哥哥換車)給我 剛結婚也是住出租的宿舍(老婆是二房東,弄了一間房間給我) 如今我們有自己的一間房子 老婆每個月都會拿出錢來補房貸和家用 我都覺得很幸福了 所以,大家溝通清楚就好,畢竟兩人要走一輩子的 |
