各位網友請勿在dvdsoon下單了，剛剛登入網路銀行真的被扣款455元，可是這片dvd還在On Hand狀態，沒有出貨。
之前寄出了已扣款的消費明細是列DVDIMPORT.COM MONTREAL CA，
現在這一筆被扣款的還未出貨的卻是C.D.S. CANADA.COM MONTREAL CA，
真的搞不懂dvdsoon在幹嘛？

目前是這樣:
1. 2/10 (or 2/11) Free Shipping & 被欠的錢放到rebate.
訂單的50%(不含shiping)可以用rebate抵; 寄送時才扣款
在DVDSoon log in 後你還可以看到這2/10的消息

Rebate不會在下單時抵而是寄送時才計算好放到你的store credits(會在請求的21天內完成-- 天曉得會不會

)
下單時就會直接扣款
如果有取消訂單也是退到store credits

Our apologies for the confusion concerning our added rebate system. In order to avoid possible billing errors rebates (bullshit) are only applied at the time of shipment. You are not required to place any additional requests to have a rebate applied as it is automated. The amount of money that is left over after rebates are applied is returned to your account in form of a refundable credit. The refund form is also located on the left hand menu and is completed within 21 days of the request. 不可思議的是上面這段話並沒有出現在DVDSoon my account裡
我之前有post這改變但不幸"蒸發掉了"

應該在你的store credits 你可以要求退還
最好再查查看他們store credits 的規定

剛剛進入我的dvdsoon帳號，進去My account選項，

其中的Credits: $7.99CAD 應該是還我的rebate，
進網路銀行帳戶卻又還未扣還給我，真不知這$7.99CAD 哪裡去了。

進入account之後，在左邊my order一欄，點選Credit Refund。
然後再輸入相關信用卡資料後，DVDSOON宣稱：會在21天後退費
到你的信用卡帳戶，而你會在下一期帳單中看到此筆退費。

這是DVDSOON說的，會不會真的退費到信用卡帳戶還未知，
但是，確定的是，再說一次，確定的是，當你完成上述動作後，
回到你的account，這時credits會歸零。
