請問一下三冠王兄:
DDD補寄是會像Amazon一樣再網頁上另外顯示一張訂單, 還是只有寄封信告知而已, 因為DDD也答應幫我補寄,但一直沒看到網頁上有任何訊息, 只有一封E-MAIL告知將進行補寄的動作而已, 到底補寄了沒......現在都不知道 ![]() |

不會像AMAZON多一張0元的訂單.. 但是東西寄出的時候,會有email通知, ![]() 上次8/4補寄,9/2送到..給您參考.. 那次不是遺失商品,而是退回瑕疵品,重新寄出一份來. 不知道有人可以告訴我DDD退款的效率如何嗎? |

我曾經有把�***退回要求退款的經驗......
也是等了近一個月,一值也沒收到他們說收到片子 不過後來寫信去問,他們有回已經退款 信用卡帳單顯示在我寄出的兩個星期後他們便已經退款 所以退款速度應該還可以吧!! |

若是要將有問題的DVD寄回DDD的話,要用什麼方式郵寄呢? 而且有哪些事項是需要值得注意的,例如收件地址或是收件人等... 因為DDD之前寄來一片內容與標示不符合的DVD,之前已有回信告知DDD過,但DDD的回覆是要將片子寄回才會補寄,而且寄回時還要附上郵寄收據影本,才會將郵資退還,以下就是DDD的回覆內容,若是有小弟的誤解之處,還請各位大大指導,謝謝! 用普通航空(或陸路)掛號就好,慢歸慢,但出問題至少有追蹤號碼.最多5~6美金. 地址怕抄錯的話,用印表機列印下來就好,網站上有給return的地址. 收據我倒是沒有寄回.. ![]() 謝謝spencer提供退費經驗分享. |
