我的IBM DTLA-307045今天終於掛了,可是上網
怎麼查不到保固啊? MADE IN PHILIPPINES P/N W:07N5640 S/N:YMT51999 出現下面這個: We were unable to determine the warranty eligibility of your hard disk drive. If you require further assistance, you may contact an IBM Technical Support Center. |

我的老古董 DTLA 30G (7200RPM) 出去
換一台 IC35xxxx 40G (7200RPM) 的回來 單碟四十G喔 .... 只花一百元 |

請問一下
若硬碟在BIOS畫面完全偵測不到也能送修嗎 因為完全無法做DFT檢測  一顆鼎鼎大名的75GXP 30GB在六月就掛了 只是不知要如何送修 就一直放到現在 查過保固, 還在保固中 |

可以的....只要沒有外傷,有RMA碼..就可以送修 SO...你還是可以上網建立RMA碼的..在叫你填入DFT檢查碼時..選擇最後一項就可以了...她會要求你填入一些資訊... 然後RMA碼就會出來了 |

我收到ibm的信，上面有說要寫
(Return Address) IBM Corporation C/O UPS Logistics Group No. 19 Liufu Road, Wayao Village Luchu Hsiang, Taoyuan County, TAIWAN RMA #xxxxxxxxx End User Warranty 還是只要寫： TW LC 收 桃園縣蘆竹鄉瓦窯村六福路19號 03-2121234 轉IBM硬碟維修人員 請問如果我用黑貓寄的話，盒子上要寫上面的哪些話嗎？要寫我的住址嗎？ 還有，盒子裡是不是要裝泡綿或是什麼一類的呢？好像不能用保麗龍?? 不好意思，小弟第一次寄，請各位幫幫忙，謝謝...........^^ |
