喝單品的，就找本地自己烘豆的咖啡店。 喝調和的，義式，就找進口的。本地咖啡店的義式咖啡，喝起來就少了厚度。 |

要省錢，用Hario手搖磨豆機也不錯，粗細度可調。不宜調太細，因為會塞住濾杯出水細孔。 直接用雙人份濾杯盛豆約15克，磨120轉(左右手各搖60轉)，大概兩分鐘就OK。 |

豆子：本地產的國姓鄉林園咖啡豆。
咖啡機：用了多年的philips 最便宜的美式濾泡機種，老用不壞。 磨豆機：用了多年hario最便宜的手搖式機種，手把已經有點變型了。 幾天磨一次豆子已經成為我少數的運動之一  此文章於 2011-11-11 11:46 AM 被 Netsurfer 編輯. |

我是覺得東西有用到的話就好好用~~~ 不然買了只是擺著好看~~這樣它也會哭泣的阿  不過不知道 Alessi 有沒有單賣下面裝水的部份 因為舊版的沒辦法放電磁爐上煮....只能在家煮咖啡~~ 有時時睡太晚 ~ 上班來不及就沒辦法煮了~~
