怕惹上麻煩至少打個電話叫救護車吧。
同理心，萬一你發生意外也希望別人幫你吧。 用手機隱藏號碼(#31#)打119跟110，是不會顯示你的號碼。 之前遇到車禍我曾用隱藏號碼打119，119勤務中心叫我留個電話(可能怕我亂報)。 我說用公共電話打的。 刑法上見死不救也是有罪的。 刑法第293條 遺棄無自救力之人者，處六月以下有期徒刑、拘役或一百元以下罰金。 因而致人於死者，處五年以下有期徒刑，致重傷者，處三年以下有期徒刑。 |

再怎麼處罰也很難彌補幾個月「好心給雷搥」的傷害。 而且這個處罰應該也沒多重。(按照一些酒駕撞人的肇事者，沒只是罰OOXX)  |
