我也這麼覺得, 分界線應該是有沒有付錢這點上面, 東西壞了, 照價付錢就好了 至於在賣場打開東西吃, 拿空包裝到櫃檯付錢, 我在這裡看多了, 歐美的大賣場很大, 一般民眾買的東西又多, 買一次耗上兩三小時是家常便飯, 這情況不口渴不肚子餓幾乎不可能... 只是, 真的是"不慎弄破"? 問題在於一般民眾沒有法律知識, 一點恫赫就會屈服 如果今天她有法律知識, 一開口馬上說這是妨害自由, 要求警方甚至律師到場,恐怕不會發展到這樣, 甚至出了店門馬上上法院, 以家樂福的過去歷史, 每次都這樣被告, 大概早就混不下去收攤回法國了 (又是法國啊... 似乎跟法國扯上關係的都沒好結果? 信譽跟婊子的貞操一樣可靠的國家...)

損失高不代表可以訂這種不平等條約跟私刑, 應該是加強巡視與監視系統, 而不是把每個顧客當賊看 國有國法, 如果可以動私刑, 那是不是我也可以在我車子上裝炸彈, 跟警報器連線, 把偷我車的人炸死?

家樂福爭議事件簿 2009 01/17 倪姓婦人在台中市家樂福大墩店工作，在店內購物時被控偷竊報案，警方認為不構成偷竊，業者仍迫簽認錯書，留置4小時，付5500元後才離開 2007 11/10 田姓女子到北市家樂福內湖店購物，忘記將眉筆拿出結帳，被迫簽和解同意書並以原價10倍賠償，卻沒拿到和解書影本，賠款發票也未列名目 2005 05/20 盧姓男童在高雄市家樂福鼎山店偷竊2片CD，被保全人員發現，業者要求繳10倍罰款，家屬拿不出賠償金，業者報警送辦 資料來源：《蘋果》資料室 |
