這十年內
淪陷地區以債養債 一年比一年厲害 去年一堆公司破產 不知道泡沫什麼時候破 但越早開工越能緩和經濟情況 國內有瘟疫、債務 國外有貿易戰 2020年他們會非常難過

疫情控制責任是分派到各省市等基層,而GDP,那是中央政府要煩惱的事.
疫情萬一擴散高層會問責,所以當然是以防疫優先,GDP自然是顧不上了.
