事實上，最多可以說由少數精英帶領大多數人去創造。

這也是人類比野獸強的地方

"Improper conduct" on the part of Taiwanese personnel stationed in Singapore is to blame for a brewing storm in the relations between Taiwan and the island state, the Chinese-language United Evening News (UEN) said yesterday.

Minister of Foreign Minister Timothy Yang also acknowledged recent communication glitches between the two sides, but was quick to add it was going well now.

The UEN, however, reported yesterday that Singapore had completely shut down the communication channel with senior Taiwan officials stationed in the country and recent Taiwanese attempts to resolve the dispute have all proven futile.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs denied reports of a diplomatic shutdown late yesterday.

The Singaporean authorities have accused the senior Taiwan officials posted there "improper conduct" considered seriously detrimental to the "long-standing friendship and interaction" between the two sides, the UEN said, citing "informed sources."

Singapore has no official ties with Taiwan. An unofficial Taipei Representative Office in Singapore handles the dealings between the two sides. It was not immediately clear what constitutes "improper conduct." Taiwanese and Singaporean officials have both declined to comment on the matter.

Despite the absence of official ties, Singapore announced on Aug. 5 last year that it was going to negotiate an economic cooperation agreement with Taiwan. Since then, bilateral talks have hit snags as relations between the two sides deteriorated, the paper said.

Taiwan has tried several times, through various channels, to express its willingness to try and resolve the crisis. Proposals raised included sending Presidential Adviser Ding Mou-shih to Singapore to try and "communicate" with Singaporean officials.

看起來很嚴重，新聞也沒說是怎樣的improper conduct。

嗯看起來是台灣的外交人員搞出了讓新加坡很不爽的行為, 官方單位雖然不願多談, 但的確影響到溝通.

這樣的事件理應有人被調職或停職吧. 不過快選舉了, 應該會低調處理. 台灣的新聞有沒有報?

現在麻六甲海峽是比台灣海峽重要，五年後或者更快，北極航道就會通了，麻六甲海峽會逐漸邊緣化。
隨著全球暖化，赤道附近最快二十年後就會變成人間煉獄，天災不斷，傳染病不斷蔓延，現在只不過是新加坡最後的榮耀，人是無法與天鬥的，新加坡這個國家能撐到2060年才消失已經很了不起了。
