美國的情況很特別：他是種族大熔爐。
你查查看世界上種族混雜的地區，絕大多數都是紛爭不斷戰亂頻仍的。美國能作到這種地步，已經算很不錯了。 --- 另外我很同意前面朋友所說的，警察狠不狠跟治安呈正相關。當攔個車臨檢都可能會喪命殉職時，不狠才奇怪呢。
